Character Backstory(10-20 lines)
Galoong' La was a normal vortigaunt, living with his family, making sure they would get food.
Everyday he would bring his brothers on another journey to find food, he wasn't the best at finding stuff. But he always ended up getting enough to feed the family. He enjoyed life, loved his family and brothers aswell. Everything was perfect. Until the combine decided to join in.
Galoong' La might not be the best at finding food, but his fighting abiity wasn't a problem.
He would never let his family and friends get hurt. He gathered them all, found a safe spot for them and travelled out to help the rest of the vortigaunts. he would fight back, use all his power, but before he arrived, he was stopped by a large group of combines, telling him to get on the ground. Before he knew hundreds of combines had surrounded him. He had no chance. He was standing in the middle of the group of combines. He heard laughs, and shouting. The shouting sounded familiar, like someone he knew. First when he heard the scream, it pierced through his ears. His daughter. He looked at the group of combines standing around her, she attempted to help him. She wouldn't stop fighting back, she scracthed, hit and kicked, until she hit a combine in the eye. Galoong' La knew what was about to happen. He looked away, heard a gunshot. He was enraged, but he knew if he attempted to help her he would get shot immediately.
He woke up in a cell, he was very dizzy. It was like the air felt different, the smell, everything was different. He attempted to stand up, but fell. 3 muscular men in strange robotic uniforms walked towards him. One of them opened the cell door, the other two was waiting outside. They grabbed him by the arm, dragging him out of his cell, then they threw him into a room with other vortigaunts.
He was looking around thinking about what was happening. He got up but didn't really wanna talk to the others, so he waited in the corner.
All the vortigaunts was running around shouting, but he was just standing in the corner.

The vortigaunts charged against the combines, but got shot. The combines gathered around in a group, looking at Galoong' La. Pointing at him, some nodding, some wasn't. One of them slowly walked towards him, telling him to follow. He was scared, sad and depressed. All of his friends had gotten shot.
He knew the same would happen to him if he didn't follow the combines, so he did.
They brought him to a dark room, he heard strange words. Two men came inside the room, talking to him. But he didn't understand. The two men looked at eachother nodding, then gave him a piece of paper. He stared at the piece of paper in confusion. "Yyt..You...ar..are safe here." He read aloud. He didn't understand, he was very tired and dizzy, so he fell asleep. Hours later he woke up, the two men were back. The two men continued to join him, that stood on for years. learing him english and everything else required to survive. After many years he had learned the english language, and had learned that the combine was good people, only trying to help.
Today he is always around the plaza, keeping it clean and safe, and doing everything he is told to do.
