*Why should we make you staff?
I have many years of Garry's mod Serious Role-play experience and training, I have over 9000 hours placed to SRP and plan to make another 9000 or so in the later years in my life. I have played from STALKER RP to Half-life RP and Military RP. I know rules from rules and if they are broken punishment will be applied no matter who you are, my best friend or the chief of staff, no one should break rules and walk free.
*What skills do you have that helps you administrate a server?
I have been a proud owner of a server along with being a Op, admin, and Super admin of many others. I know every command to the back of my hand and know the difference from role-play and being a minge.
*How long have you been on the server?
One day
*Previous Staff Experience:
Owner, SA, A, Op. I have been a admin on many, many, servers but many have gone under. Exodus, CCN, SF, EXC, are to name only a few.

*Minimum of at least 5 good posts on the forums?:
Negative, but I do not think this is needed to apply for staff, I say this because it is based on skill and knowledge not post count.

SCENARIO 1

*Your best friend is breaking a lot of rules on the server. He is on the verge of a permaban. The staff are about to permaban him, but some people say they didn't know what happened. What do you do? Why? (Make this somewhat long)
I would place him/her aside, on a roof top or side ally alone, I would teleport him/her to me and ask him/her three questions: Why are you breaking theses rules, why are people saying you broke them, and how long do you think you should be banned for? I would ask the last question if he/she is to be guilty, but I would still ban him/her accounting to what he/she did. I would ask a small group of witnesses what happened. After taking time of coming to the case conclusion, I would ask another admin what they think, and ban/kick him/her depending on how bad the damage was. If I find him/her not guilty I would explain to him/her if anything like this happens again I will most likely trust the people and not him/her.
Also depending on how they act in this situation I will most likely ban them if they choose to run around and say rude things to me or other players, this ban will be from 1 hour to 24 hours + the damage done from the event he had caused, if I find him guilty.
