I have experience with multiple servers in the past - among different games. I have played in this community for exactly a month, and am enjoying my time, so would like to join the staff team and help out the best I can. Tempest was the first HL2RP server I played on, so I've played the gamemode for a month, however I have been trying to learn more and feel I am ready.
*What skills do you have that helps you administrate a server?:
I am patient and fair (I think, I haven't been told otherwise yet). I explain what someone does wrong and give them a warning before taking drastic action.
*How long have you been on the server?:
1 Month
*Previous Staff Experience:
On multiple servers in the past: Admin on a DarkRP server and mod on a few TTT servers. I have been admin/super admin on multiple Minecraft servers - I realise it doesn't show experience with HL2RP but I hope it will show I have the ability for it.

*Your best friend is breaking a lot of rules on the server. He is on the verge of a permaban. The staff are about to permaban him, but some people say they didn't know what happened. What do you do? Why? (Make this somewhat long):
If my best friend has been mingeing I would talk to him and see that he knows what he is doing wrong, and then see what his side of the story is. I would then ask him to stop, however if he continued to break the rules I wouldn't stop him from being banned as he would deserve it.

*(Have you ever been banned on a server?:
I was once banned from a sandbox server by an abusive member of staff who didn't like me asking why I was random slayed. Another staff had to unban me.
Other than that, I can't recall being banned from a server.
