Character Backstory(10-20 lines)
Wan was a simple vort,wanting a simple life and knew simple vort essence.Wan knew the basic of the vort essence,such as an energy blast or healing and even other minor thing.Then everything changed when the combine empire attacked.Wan soon quicklyfled to Earth teleporting into a forest near a community and became a bit of an urban legend as an Alien or a monster. Wan lived on the vegetation and small animals of the forest,living in a small stump of a tree. He never did waste the bones though,with the bones he made small charms and littered them around the forest.Wan would litter this bones around,letting the locals find them.After Wan didnt see any more locals as headcrabs came in through a Xen portal and quickly turned the locals into Zombies. The forest would became dangerous as the zombies wandered into the forest. One or two Wan could handle,simply blastint them, but when there was too much for Wan to handle,he fled the peaceful forest leaving his home and his trinkets behind. Soon after fleeing the forest he decided to reside in nearby mine,the new species introduced to earth known as the antlion made it easier for Wan to survive deep underground. When the combine invaded Earth,Wan became near hopeless seeing how quickly Earth lost the battle but didnt let himself be captured by the Combine and travelled were he could,taking as little risk as possible. Continueing the live underground became more of a chore as the antlion guard appeared making the simplest task now extremely dangerous. Wan soon forced to leave the mine due to the increasing danger now wandering from city to city without being caught or seen,slowly improving on his vort essence. Wan turning 450 learned of a human tradition known as birthday parties and birthday cakes, attempted to throw one in the abandoned sewers of C45 but ended up causing a gasline to break and flood the sewers with the flamable gas,left soon after that seeing a unit fire his gun at him quickly being consumed in flame. Wan currently resides in the sewers of Industrial has it simple,feeding on Headcrabs or Antlions he finds at the beach.Wan amazed how the mysterious women fought multiple units in 3 fights and won and not be directly seen is now filled with hope that the rebels actually have a chance.Wan now filled with a new purpose for being alive now searches for a group to call friends or to assist.

*Wan hold it over the fire,cooking the headcrab*

*Wan pulls the cooked headcrab away from the fire*
*Takes the headcrab off the rebar*
*Wan strips a bit of flesh off the headcrab,satisfyed at how it is cooked*
*Wan begins to eat the headcrab strip by strip of flesh*
*Wan now full from the headcrab,gathers it bones and uses it claws to carve Vortese symbols on the bones*
