Why do you want to join the CEA?
: I wish to join the CEA in order to serve the Universal Union to the best of my ability and so that I can assist the Universal Union in cleansing the City of rebels and keeping it safe against citizens who violate the Union's laws.
What do you think the CEA will be like for you?
: I believe the CEA will be a new chapter in my life.
What are you expected to do in the CEA?: I believe I am expected to carry out the directives of my superiors and to preserve society against those who threaten it with their rebellions against the Universal Union.
What is your character's background story(Make this VERY LONG)
: Jake Brown was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut. In Stamford, he went too school and was part of a middle class family. He went to a good elementary school where he learned his basics and then went onto middle school. During middle school he decided that he would want to study Computer Engineering and Law Enforcement. When he graduated he went to a technology school. He was in honor classes in high school and when he graduated he got into a good college. He studied Computer Engineering for four years and Law for another four. He finished college with a total of eight years. With his current skills, he began wondering what he can do in life to succeed and be happy. He was interested in law enforcement a lot because he used to watch the police shows and read books about police and he loved the action and new from a kid that he wanted to be a police officer. Although, Jake was also a fan of technology and knew that without it, humanity would be living in caves and wouldn't be so advanced and smart.
When he graduated college, he began looking for a Police Agency to work with but all of them were either full or they didn't pay as well as he wanted them too. Since he knew how to run computers, he created his own computer company fixing and improving computers. Jake worked alone in his home getting deliveries of worn down and broken computers. One by one, he would fix them everyday improving and fixing them earning money. One day, one of his customers, Lucy, personally delivered the PC to his door and when he saw her, he almost fell in love at sight. They immediately began talking about their lives and what they did for a living. After hours of talking, they exchanged phone numbers. Lucy and Jake went out for 6 years and finally, on a date Jake decided to propose to her. She happily accepted. Jake and Lucy had two kids and with the money Jake made from fixing and improving computers, he managed to buy a nice house. Jake knew that his job wouldn't be able to stick forever so he had to find a new one, he considered law enforcement but he remembered how terrible the pay was. So, Jake applied to a bank and worked in it. After years of labor, he finally got promoted to Manager and that's where the real money started rolling in.
Years passed through the Xen incident and now onto the enslavement of humanity. Brown still kept the loss of his family at the back of his head but he was strong and had to move on. Jake began accepting The Universal Union for who they are and he began understanding their message. He had thoughts of joining the CEA. One day when he was walking to the RDT, he noticed an 05 getting beat up in the shadows. Jake quickly ran to the nearest unit and reported the fight. Three armed units ran over to the location and took down the citizen. Jake was angered about what the citizens did to the unit. He disliked that they didn't understand the message of The Universal Union and figured he wanted to do something about it. He remembered his dream about being a Police Officer, riding in his cruiser stopping crime, enforcing laws and helping out people. He considered the CEA as they were the ones who had that action and because he wanted to help the Universal Union. He wanted to enforce the cities laws and to catch the criminals that lived within C17. On his way back from the RDT, a unit approached him and told him to apply. After he applied and received his loyalist points, he went home and dropped off his ration and went off to the recruiting booth. He waited in line and finally got to the front of the line. He approached the booth where an officer told him to fill out a sheet of paper and wait in the waiting room. Minutes later, he got called into a room where an officer began questioning him. Once he finished answering questions, he was ordered to leave the room and left with one thought. "Will I be accepted?"
