What is your character's background story(Make this VERY LONG)
Jorge Prodan was born in February 9th 1992, in Acébal, a small town near Rosario, Argentina, home to a few thousand people at the time. His family had been living there for generations. It was a simple countryside life. There was only one elementary school in the whole town: the one Jorge went to, where he learnt basic english. Everyone in Acébal knew each other. Jorge's parents, Ramiro and Camila, owned a grocery shop. Jorge also had an older brother, Luca. He was two years older than Jorge, and helped his parents at the shop.
On Jorge's eleventh birthday (2003), he got two presents. His father gave him an old acoustic guitar, which he loved playing. Secondly, that was the first time they allowed him to drive the family's chevy around the town. This was fairly normal in the countryside. Since there weren't any high schools in the town, the Prodan family decided he would not recieve high school education. This had been the case with Jorge's older brother too, so they felt comfortable taking that decision. 2003 was a good year for Jorge. He spent a lot of time with his friends and family. He started working at the grocery store, and he never wished to move to a big city. All he did was play his guitar, go hunting with his dad, and watch TV. They didn't have internet.
Almost one year later, shortly before Jorge turned twelve, things changed. Portal storms started happening. People in town went missing, and weird creatures started roaming the fields. Jorge's twelfth birthday wasn't as good as the last, sadly. On Feb. 9th, the government decided that all citizens living in the countryside would have to move to the closest urban areas. Martial law was in effect. That same day, the Prodan family boarded a crowded bus to Rosario, the nearest city, leaving everything behind except the bare essentials. Due to overpopulation, they were assigned a hospital room to sleep in, toghether with two other families. City walls were built.
A few months passed and the situation stabilized. The family would socialize with the other refugees and occasionally recieve news from the outside, as the portal storms only grew worse and worse. In 2006, Luca, the eldest son, was called in for military duty. There was mandatory conscription for all men and women of 16 years of age or older. Luca died on duty while fighting an antlion horde outside the city. Fortunately, however, the US offered military aid to Argentina by the time Jorge had turned 16, meaning he didn't have to follow his brother's fate.
In 2010, the Combine invasion started. Jorge, who was 18 years old at the time, caught a glimpse of a strange helicopter flying above the city while looking out the window in the middle of the night. It was a Combine gunship. Xen Soldiers soon took over the city. A month after, Luca was separated from his parents and transported to City 11 by helicopter.
There, he perfected his knowledge of the english language and lived as a low-profile citizen. Rumors about rebel activity led to him being transferred to City 17. He arrived recently, and is hoping to join the CEA in order to improve his quality of life.

A city scanner radios in: "Terminating. Hardware malfunction imminent."
A UNION 01 unit approaches to inspect the scene.
UNION.01 unclips his stunbaton from his belt with his right hand, then flicks it on. He then yells "Citizens! Isolate right now!"
The citizens move aside to let the unit through. In the middle of the circle, he finds a citizen stomping on the remains of a broken city scanner. One of the scanners' side-flaps has been separated. Some of its gears have also fallen off.
UNION 01 looks at the citizen in question, raises his stunbaton, ready to strike, then shouts "Step away from the scanner and face the wall!", as he points at a wall with his left hand.
The citizen suddenly stops the stomping and turns to the unit, his eyes full of wrath. He shouts at the top of his lungs "Fuck you, fascist prick!"
UNION 01 charges towards the citizen dropping a strong blow to his face, by lowering his right arm and adding the weight of his body to the movement. The stunbaton hits the citizen's face, sending a powerful electric shock from his head to his feet.
The vandal drops to the ground, a stream of blood coming out of his nose. The unit then looks around at the citizen's still spectating the scene. Flicking off his stunstick, he echoes through his mask: "Move along!"
As the citizens leave, the unit clips his stunbaton back on his belt, then unclips his handheld radio, speaking into it: "Requesting a helix and grid unit inbound to my 10-20. Plaza. Please have Judge issue a vandalism veredict, on top of an audio violation."

UNION.02 radios in "Yellow. The situation is under control, but there's a broken scanner and an injured citizen ready to be prosecuted."

The Helix unit then arrives to carry the citizen to the Nexus to recieve medical assistance and be prosecuted.
The Grid unit takes the scanner's remains back to the Nexus for repair.
Why do you want to join the CEA?
I have grown increasingly concerned about contraband and uncivil behaviour, which is why I want to do my part in order to keep the city clean. I also hope to get better food than I do now.
What do you think the CEA will be like for you?
I think it will be a strongly disciplinary enviroment, where attitudes that are out-of-place will not be tolerated.
What are you expected to do in the CEA?
I will be patrolling the streets and receiving orders from my superiors, which I must follow unconditionally.
Disabilities?
I don't have any significant disabilities that I am aware of.
Abilities?
I am good at communicating with my peers, which I think enables good teamwork. I am also usually obedient and efficient at carrying out orders.
