Character Backstory(10-20 lines)
Gur'la was born in a family that practiced and trained in the philosophy of the powers and ancient arts of the Vortessence. Gur'la was taught at a very early age the foundations and powers of the Vortessence, leading him to spend the first decades of his life, intensely practicing and training with it. Unfortunately, that came to a stop when the Combine Empire invaded their home-world, enslaving thousands, killing thousands more. Gur'la's family and what remained of the Vortigaunt species transported to the alternative dimension, Xen,
On Xen, the Vortigaunt species had to adapt and change their lifestyles, starting with a new diet and a new home on Xen, but unfortunately, a demonic figure Nihilanth enslaved the Vortigaunts living on Xen, including Gur'la. Gur'la spent several years of his life, firing his Vortessense into a crystal that worked as an elevator and global powering unit. Gur'la and his fellow Vortigaunts had killed many of the enslaving beings in the "factories", but that had no serious or major effect, due to the vast amount of creatures. Gur'la always kept his head up, teaching and caring for the younger and new-born Vortigaunts, teaching them how to use their Vortessense, even in their enslaved state.
Him not knowing to cast such magic either.
After several decades on Xen, the Black Mesa Resonance Cascade had occurred, splicing the dimensions between Earth and Xen, causing thousands upon ten-thousands of creatures to be sent to Earth. Gur'la was taken from what remained of his family and put into Black Mesa, in a cafeteria. Gur'la was typically friendly to other species, however upon contact with the Black Mesa staff, he was shot at and attempted to be killed. Gur'la had managed to successfully fend off the attackers, and escape to the New Mexico desert. Shortly after the arrival, Gur'la had learned that the slave leader and the demonic "God" Nihilanth had been slain, and the Vortigaunt slaves had been freed. This brought hope to the Vortigaunts, for a short time.
A short time after the Black Mesa Resonance Cascade, the Combine Empire had found the Vortigaunts on Earth, and the Seven-Hour War had begun. The few thousand Vortigaunts that remained were scattered all over the world, however Gur'la transported himself with the help of other Vortigaunts, and they were captured shortly after. For about a decade, Gur'la was held again as a slave.
The resistance had raided the Combine outpost where Gur'la was held as a slave and a janitor, and the had successfully freed him.The resistance was short-lucked however, as Gur'la had gone to other civilizations and cities to help the resistance, other Vortigaunts, and man-kind alike.
Examples of actions you would do In-Game(minimum 10)
Gur'la would clean the windows, them looking rather clean afterwards
Gur'la would mop the dirty streets, as his hoofed feed trail along the floor
Gur'la holds a bag, it containing the words ''litter on it''. He'd pick up litter from the ground with a stick.
Gur'la holds a cloth, soaking it in a soapy liquid as he rubs it across the wall.
Gur'la bends down, onto the unit's boots. He'd then scrub them clean with oil he found.
Gur'la holds a broom infront of him, scrubbing the dirty concrete clean of any dirt.
Gur'la walks up to the CWU building, instantly washing the windows, doors and the furniture inside the building.
Gur'la would lick the citizen across the arm as he drops the food infront of him.
Gur'la sprints away from the unit as he is chasing him with the stunstick. Him screaming in giberish.
Gur'la snaps the broom with ease as his face fills with anger from the cleaning

Why do you want to be a Vortigaunt?
It is a brand new experience in my journey through this RP, something to aid others in the RP. There is not many other type of this RP currently here. I want to forfill that and give others a new experience also.
