*Why should we make you staff?
Well, I've been a temp admin for a good amount on the server (A week, not continuous.) And I am highly active. I wish to help the server, as the recent influx of new players has, unfortunately, brought some minges here. I believe i can help the server by banning minges and helping users. I have been helping people with my temp admin, and when it eventually gets removed I will feel sad when someone is mingeing around and I cant help the server by removing said minge.
*What skills do you have that helps you administrate a server?
Despite my young age, I am fairly mature. Despite my general tendency to joke around when few people are on, I know when to be serious and mature. I also (mostly) am level headed, and capable of making fair decisions. While i have little experience in administrating a server in general, I am willing to learn and seen many great admins do so on here, and other servers.
*How long have you been on the server?
Two-ish months, started a good bit before Essence left.
*Previous Staff Experience:
I have little experience as a staff member, however I have seen many good admins administrate, both here and on other servers. However, I wish to cite my non-consecutive week of temp-admin.
*Characters you have:
Jack Dovah, Vincent "Vinny" Roberts, CEA-C17:JUDGE.01-756, and some 05s I never bothered remaking.

SCENARIO 1

*Your best friend is breaking a lot of rules on the server. He is on the verge of a permaban. The staff are about to permaban him, but some people say they didn't know what happened. What do you do? Why? (Make this somewhat long)
I would check the logs, to see what happened. If he did do the rule-breaking, I would speak to him on Steam/In-Game/Wherever, and see if he knew that he was breaking the rules. If he did not know, or I got him to stop, I would teach him how to RP personally. However, if he knew what he was doing and wouldn't stop, I would support the perma and speak to him again, telling him its nothing personal. If he takes further measures against the server(Using alternate accounts, DDoSing, etc.) I would talk to him to make him stop, and if I couldn't make him stop, I would leave it up to the higher-ups to deal with him, as he still is my friend.
*Previous VAC bans on record?:None.
*Have you ever been banned on a server?:
Banned myself for 10 minutes, got perma-muted on an old TTT server 2 years ago, although I was never perma'd or anything.
