I have much experience in the position. And have been with OG for quite some time (around 2 months or more). I am a current admin on Monolith Gaming and have been RPing for over a year. I have no record of minging at all.
*What skills do you have that helps you administrate a server?
I am a people person and a quick problem solver. i can keep a cool head in heated moments and have alot of experience as admin. Been with the CW community for over a year, and know everything there is to know about it.
*How long have you been on the server?
Around 2-3 months.

Monolith Gaming, admin.
Epsilon Gaming, Operator.
Synergy RP, Mod.

Yes, well. On the old forums. Before the new server completely. On oghl2rp. I reached legendary with almost 40+ posts.

SCENARIO 1

*Your best friend is breaking a lot of rules on the server. He is on the verge of a permaban. The staff are about to permaban him, but some people say they didn't know what happened. What do you do? Why? (Make this somewhat long)
Look through the console, taking time to get the full story. Seeing logs, damage logs, what people did etc. And take action accordingly. Sitting down with the staff team and tell them the full story, then. Questioning those involved and telling them what you uncovered from the logs. Then ban, kick, mute, slay anything accordingly to the offense and their background on the server currently.

None. Ever.
*(Have you ever been banned on a server?:
One, because I got into an argument and an abusive staff member got mad at what I said and permabanned me.
