*Why should we make you staff?
Because, first, I want to show the server I can be mature and handle responsibilities. I mean, people think I'm always a immature prick but I'm not always like that... I'm very active on the server, you'll see me about 8 hours a day on the server and I have a lot of experience as a staff member. Also, Tempest RP is my favorite community on Gmod and I want to contribute to the development by moderating the server, introducing the server and the rules to new players, helping them understand the stuff they don't understand...
*What skills do you have that helps you administrate a server?
I am very listening to others and I know how to be mature at needed times, I can be a staff member because I'm also friendly but I know to be severe and to give punishments when needed. I think I would help the server grow if you could just give me a chance.

I have been staff member on a jailbreak community (DarkEdge Gaming) that went out of donations so if went down, I also have been administrator on multiple Minecraft servers when I was 11 yrs old, I was an OP on a french TTT community (Terribles testicules) but I stopped playing TTT so I resigned. I also am a staff member on a HYPER-SERIOUS RP on San Andreas, CMLV.

*Your best friend is breaking a lot of rules on the server. He is on the verge of a permaban. The staff are about to permaban him, but some people say they didn't know what happened. What do you do? Why? (Make this somewhat long)
AS A MEMBER
As a regular member on the server, I would tell him to stop doing his mingery and if he doesn't, he'd get banned. I would try to settle this like a good RPer, explaining what he did wrong and why he shouldn't do it. If he is listening and if he stops, I'd tell the staff he will not continue doing it as he read the rules and I explained him. I would tell them that if he does something similar again, I wouldn't mind if he gets banned. He deserves it, I tried to help but he didn't want to stop...
AS A STAFF MEMBER
As a good staff member, I would bring him on the rooftop, I would tell him he has been warned and he is no longer trusted on the community. I would talk to him until he apologizes honestly and I would explain what he did wrong if he doesn't know. If he keeps doing his stupid stuff, I would immediately perma ban him and I wouldn't mind about doing so. I would talk to him on Skype and I would tell him about his shit moves again, hoping he understands once and for all. If he shows me he can be mature, I'd talk to the other staff members about his unban request, if the fellow staff members think he can come back, then I'd be glad to see him on the server again.

Look at how fail you were roleplaying today, you clearly dont know what a staff's requirements are. You cant just let any failrper to be staff. How about all of the viewers out there, ill tell you some mingyness..
One day, my character John 'Runner' Bello and his friend Revanche, saw the SQL by the trainstation. We both had our guns out, and Revanche shot him in his hands. So, since his character just breaks the rules of fear rp, and two smgs are pointing at him, he just tries to make a break for it when meanwhile he would of been dead. We were s2ming for a bit and then we decided, okay we gave him a fair chance, how about we just make fair for us too. We got a successful shot in the leg. There isnt any armour in your leg, and he doesnt even show any pain. He just minge jumps and runs all over the place and gets away. He claims that he could get away with a shotten leg because of his augments. First of all, your augments dont even make the PERSON strong, it's actually implanted in your suit. But just because you have strength, doesnt mean that it prevents you from taking damage. So do you think that he would be a good staff if he doesnt even know how to roleplay properly? Or have some common sense? Why would you trust someone like that. Maybe I would support him if he roleplayed good, no matter if he's a prick or not. Also, he abuses his Civil Protection abilities to the point that it makes my head want to explode. Just to prove a point, he shuve you with his stunstick multiple times, cut you off, and even spam the same sentence over and over again. If you really find him as an OP, or admin, or so on, then you really dont understand, or see his real roleplaying side. You're just being minipulated by his application. Sure, it may sound good, but is he really what he thinks he is? Nope.
