Why do you want to join the CEA? I want to join for the ability to control and protect the civil people from the rebellious murderers.
What do you think the CEA will be like for you? I think that I will be able to make a difference in the city, arresting the rebels and protecting the civilians.
What are you expected to do in the CEA? I am expected to keep citizens from performing rebellious acts and keep them in order.
What is your character's background story(Make this VERY LONG)
Pre-War: Dallas Wynston used to live with his brother, Thomas Wynston, and their mother and father, Anita and Daniel, for a while before the Combine invasion. Nothing too notable or interesting happened to Dallas. He was born in Burlington, Vermont, where he went to school, and made moved to Virginia when he was 15, and graduated High School at 18, then college at 22. In his high-school years in Virginia, he got in multiple fights, and was bullied a lot in his first year for being the new guy. This taught him to be brave, and stand up to the ones who oppose him, no matter what. When he was in college, he learned his basic education and got a bachelor's degree. Sadly, though, his mother was killed in a car accident on her way to the grocery store when he was 24, the wind was howling, it was raining rather hard, When Dallas and Thomas heard the news, both brothers were devastated. Their father re-married to a woman named Joetta when Dallas was 26, and they both moved to Florida, leaving the boys to their own wits. The trip to Florida began as a honeymoon, but they never came back, and neither of them knew why. Maybe they settled down and had more kids, this was one possibility. Maybe they both died, this was another.
Post-War: During the 7 hour war, the combine took over the world, making major changes to how the humans lived, enslaving them and allowing aliens to roam among them. Thomas didn't seem to take a shine to these new overlords, the Combine. On the opposite, Dallas wanted to join their forces, as a new start, and a new chance, and privilege. The combine never did anything to anger Dallas, or so he thought. He and his younger brother didn't seem to get along at all after the combine invasion, Dallas would have liked a change of pace from regular life, and this is what he got. Dallas was eventually kicked out of Thomas' house for siding with the combine, but that didn't stop him from wanting to join the Combine. He was relocated to City 8 at age 45, where he learned about a division of the Combine devoted to keeping rebels under check, and protecting the civil citizens. Then he relocated to City 18 at age 51. The same year, his brother, Thomas, decided that he had enough of the combine rule, and ran away into Precinct 3. The hatred of his brother, and always wanting to disagree with him caused him to want to join the CEA even more.

Abilities? Can run very fast in bursts of speed, and is rather strong. Strong-Willed.
