*Required
In-Real Life Name: N/A
*Steam Name: Sherman
*Age: 14
*Mic?: Not a good one, but it works. (Yes)
*Why should we make you staff? Even though we may have a small player base right now, there remains a few times where I'm online with others and only so many staff members are on that not all of them can respond to (minor) requests. As a player, I felt rather helpless to help those who deserved help. I'm active as often as I can be, I try to be helpful when I can, and I take administrative duties rather seriously.
*What skills do you have that helps you administrate a server? Three communities worth of experience in HL2RP, patience, and easy-going amongst players but serious during roleplaying (usually) and OOC situations.
*How long have you been on the server? One month.
*Previous Staff Experience: Operator on a HL2rp community which went down about five months ago (Radioactive Roleplay). I'm currently a Trial Moderator for a sandbox server for a friend of mine.
*Characters you have: Thomas Woodson, Union DvL, Union 05 (rarely used).
*Minimum of at least 5 good posts on the forums?: Yes

SCENARIO 1
----
*Your best friend is breaking a lot of rules on the server. He is on the verge of a permaban. The staff are about to permaban him, but some people say they didn't know what happened. What do you do? Why? (Make this somewhat long)
What do I do? I quickly bring him to a secluded area away from any roleplaying events, say a rooftop or a detainment cell, and begin to question him of his actions, such as, "What did you do? Why did you do it? Do you know what serious roleplaying is about? If so, what is it about? We're in a serious rp server!" If he answers my questions (truth or not), I'd keep him there for a bit while I go for a bit to question others who were involved, including staff members and players about what he did. Now, like a detective, I'd try to relate everybody's answers and see if they all seem to make sense or not. If the accused lied to me, I'll ban him with no regret, but perhaps guilt because he is my friend, well...was. If he didn't lie to me, and his words were pure, I'd give him another chance. I would do my best to help him correct himself of his actions whilst at the same time trying to give him a fun time. (Note: this is based on everybody's answers to my questions).
Why? I need to know the story behind the event, otherwise, I would be prone to false accusations which wouldn't be good for anybody at all.
*Previous VAC bans on record?: None.
*(Have you ever been banned on a server?): Yes, about three years ago for propclimbing. I was immature back then but I stepped up my game. (Don't we all get banned eventually?).
