*Why should we make you staff?
You should make me staff, because my main point of becoming admin, or any possible rank, is to help enforce the laws of the server. I also want to help by not making the owner so busy since he has to handle all of these request or questions.
*What skills do you have that helps you administrate a server? I have the skills to perhaps teach a new person to hl2rp how to roleplay, and I also dont get mad over someone punchwhoring. I would teach them what they're doing, and WHY its wrong. These things are very important when its depending on roleplay
*How long have you been on the server?
I have been on OverwatchGaming ever since it was born and raised.
*Previous Staff Experience:
I have been admin on citadel gaming, catalyst gaming, endless earth, and Friendly players. I am completely experienced with minges, and good roleplayers.
*Characters you have:
3 characters: John Bello, MPF, and Mark Johnson.

SCENARIO 1

*Your best friend is breaking a lot of rules on the server. He is on the verge of a permaban. The staff are about to permaban him, but some people say they didn't know what happened. What do you do? Why? (Make this somewhat long)
Well, it all depends on who the player is. If the player is new, I would teach them more about roleplay so then they could learn more knowledge about roleplaying. I would then go over all of they're mistakes, and hows its wrong. And I would teach them WHY its wrong aswell.. Perma banning someone when they are not aware of they're mistakes is actually bad. If they keep getting permad from every server they go on, they wont know WHY its wrong. So, I think that I would just give them a warning and if they do not listen, I will gladly put them on the verge to a permaban.
